If you are using an OPTION CONTRACT OR A REAL ESTATE PURCHASE AND SALES AGREEMENT, please send us the following:

1. Contract of the A to B sale
2. Contract of the B to C sale
3. Short Sale approval letters from Lenders
4. Copy of wire instructions for closing agent/attorney
5. Copy of end buyer's underwriting approval or "clear to close" from their lender
6. Copy of your Photo ID

If you are using a TRUST, please send us the following:

1. Copy on contract between seller and trust
2. Copy of the B to C sale
3. Copy of trust
4. Short sale approval letters from Lenders
